I want to start a LLC business, Please help with the steps I need to take and where to get forms?

I live in Michigan and Im wanting to start a LLC but I cannot find the forms I need. My understanding is I need to fill out a Articles of Organization form...is this it? or is there more? I went to my states website but i cannot find what I need. Also is the process/forms easy enough to do myself or should i have it done by someone else. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
